The Axsy Emergency Response Mobile App is offline-first. Offline support is achieved by first priming (synchronising) all the relevant meta-data, records, quick actions and Axsy Smart Forms from the Salesforce platform during initial log in. The data is securely stored in an encrypted database within the Axsy Emergency Response Mobile App.
